In the U.S., 39 million adults are a high school diploma. Employers are asking for more training for employees to work harder to find American adults without high school diploma or GED. Yet, many adults believe that high school is behind them. They have already fallen. One way or another, they continue. Why should they take the trouble to study and get a GED?
