You have a very special "word for 2009? Turn to Psalm 93 and read these five short lines.

Psalm 93 is a short hymn – but right here at the beginning is something we all need to know – a truth that is often necessary to remember – "The Lord reigns" – our God reigns – E 'dressed in majesty . The picture is incredible.

Jesus Christ is risen and alive, alive – Stein in heaven – pray – pray for us – and it is on SteinThe right hand of the Father.

How nice – Insight – Vision – Revelation – the King of kings to pray – pray for his profession – not by his followers and disciples – ask the Father on our behalf.

What is asking his father to you?

The psalmist, the Lord of life prevails – nothing to do today – maybe even something new – something new.

Regardless of the opposition may arise in our world – the throne was still intact and can not be moved. Regardlesshappening – Jesus is not shock – Jesus would not be surprised to be taken.

Regardless of unrest and rebellion and revolution could explode all over the world – Jesus Christ is still Lord and Master and King – who is able to hear our cry – whatever may be the waves roaring.

When we lose the courage – if we're desperate – of – it feels almost beat – he knows it is under control – our God reigns.

This is a good song to sing – the words are true – but I think they have at all timesan entirely different matter and it is very difficult – when you can see clearly, and wonder what would be ahead of us.

Let the Holy Spirit whispers in your ear – "The Lord reigns."

He is clothed in majesty – not only with the emblems and symbols of greatness – not to suit – but with the same majesty.

He is armed with strength. He is able to act with determination. There have been times when it does. He intervenes to save sinners – and to handle errors. There are times whenHis power is displayed in beautifully. Often hides his power – as it seems – or release some of its capacity – and why it is so unusual – so unusual – some people have trouble believing that our God at work.

"Thy Kingdom Come" – Here you can do even more surprising – Thy can reveal in a larger format.

We can not be sure of anything, unless we are absolutely certain that he is in full control of this world – and our lives.Fatalism is not blind – or wishful thinking – is faith – faith to respond in obedience.

Consider all the thrones and the rich of the world – as they come and go – like the disappearance of grass, where we read in Psalm 92 – Babylon – Assyria – Greece – Rome – Byzantium – British – each very strong in his time – and all gone farpower and influence and authority and power are concerned.

Our God is still on the throne – and she has Israel in the midst of the world scene – which is struggling with his first enemies – the Philistines. Interesting!

Every believer in Jesus can rejoice that he is a king – a king – a savior – and loving God who is eternal and everlasting and tender.

The various revolts man is so vain – if empty – if unsuccessfully – as a sinful waste of energy. Not shakeKingdom of God

Through the ages men are violent rage – so angry so angry with all their foam and foam – but the rock is washed away. Such rage and anger are often displayed – comes from a repetition of these words in verses 3 and 4

Others have to face the waves break even – the other face the antagonism booming – and will continue to do so. We are not the first to deal with these experiences – and we read these wordsFrom time to time to remember that we are able to enjoy the experience of many who have preceded us, as it is to serve God

Lord on high is mighty. The Lord is greater than the pounding waves and powerful rushing waters.

Infidelity is ugly. Consider the pain – the fear – the agony – what a shame it is so terribly ugly – and we heard this week about how crime is increasing in quite alarming. Sin is so terrible and frightening ugliness – and Jesus isopposite. In the midst of everything that happens, we need to be reminded of God's word, that we live in, is God's throne – and the truth of God to withstand all of the opinions and fashions and the opinions and ideas men.

You bet – stable – your laws. For nearly 3000 years of God's holy law, is subject to all attacks and the devastation thin people or bad. Holiness adorns your house. Holiness is incorruptible – the truth of God does not change with the years.

The authority of Godfeet – mock – ridiculous. We anarchy through rebellion – and opened the door for the moral responsibility of the darkness of abortion.

God is powerful. Consider how powerful Jesus Christ – if he had to do with so soft a leper – or challenge religious Pharisees. And on the cross, how powerful it was – and when death, no one has ever been stronger.

Our job – our work – our calling – to preach the unchanging Christ in our evolution preachingworld.

"The Lord reigns" are the opening words of this Psalm – and the note of "holiness" is the last word. This hymn is so impressive. These few words can make a deep impression on us.

They may find comfort in pain – to reassure those concerned – reinforced this fear – and those who are disciples of Jesus, which can be in times of adversity in the face to help.

Therefore, we do not question his power – and trying to run God, is to find fault with him – for which thereno debt. He is an absolute monarch – and it is working and moving in an absolute purity, compassion, love, justice and judgments.

The storm was raging – over the past couple weeks it seems the tide comes in, as I write this, there are riots in Kenya, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iraq – with so much suffering in other countries.

Jerusalem is known as the city with the great King – Psalm 48 and Matthew Chapter 5 – which is why there is a fierce battle raging now – not in London or Mecca isor Moscow or Washington or New York – but on Jerusalem.

We see our current situation is reflected in these verses – Jesus reigns – His power is seen and heard. His kingdom is established in our lives. Resistance was overcome when he gives us the top of the situation. There is victory over sin – and we grow in holiness, that just like the next weeks and months go.

We are called to reign with Him – II Timothy Chapter 2: 12 If we endure, we will also reign with him.It has been said about Jesus – He is the king, and he knows it.

In Psalm 93 the psalmist had a revelation from God had a vision of greatness and power of the living God. Familiar with the wrath of the votes – and the fury of the waves beating – and the need to insist on the word of God – have the right to worship until the end. Note that keep and protect you and strengthen you all in 2008.
